Your passport cannot have less than 12 months until its expiry date when you enter Indonesia.

How long does it take to get a Visa?
As soon as you pay for our service we will start on your application. We may refuse your application if there are less than 14 wokring days till your flight. We need a minimum of 14 working days (if you provide the correct documents)
Please check a calendar for any Immigration public holidays as visas are not processed by Immigration weekends or public holidays.

Document Checking
Our staff do not check any documents until we have been paid for our service.
Please do not send any documents for us to check before you pay for our service.
Payment
Payment can be made to us for the visa application service by international bank transfer in IDR
Or you can pay by PayPal (can be paid by credit card/debit card without opening a PayPal account (4.4% PayPal fee)
Once we have paid immigration there are no refunds, as immigration do not give refunds.
Timing
We may not be able to accept your application if your flight is less than 14 working days away.
Allow as much time as possible to avoid any stress (not more than 90 days prior to your first entry)
We cannot provide a visa in less than 14working days
Timing will depend on you getting us the correct documents, we find delays occur when people do not follow our Guide and send documents in a format we cannot use.
