your e-VOA

Retrieving your e-VOA from the Official Indonesian Immigration Website
Have you already paid for your e-VOA but did not receive an email and don't know how to find it?
Here is our step-by-step guide to help you find your visa.
Go to the Official Website
Our step by step can also be used if you used a third party to do your visa and you want to check it is valid/that you have a visa.
Go to Extended My Visa
The light blue button on the page is for retrieving your visa as well. Click on the blue button EXTEND MY VISA
Enter your personal Details
Your passport number, country of passport and your date of birth and click FIND
Choose the Paid One
Click Detail. You may have some draft ones, or unpaid or expired if you tried a few times, no worries, just click on the blue button DETAIL next to the paid one.
Click on e-VISA
Click on the button e-VISA and your visa will load in PDF format.
Download your Visa
Now you have your visa. You can print it or save it on your phone. It is connected to your passport, so you can use the e-gates (if over 14 years).
Don't worry, imigration officers will take your kids through for you.
