A spouse/children must be living at the same address and travelling on the same flights/dates. If not, please request a separate invoice for each applicant travelling/living separately.

This means you have official personal bank statements in your name(s) each applicant must have their name on the bank statement (can be a joint account, but then needs US$4000.

This means that no passports have any water damage, tears or ink/pen marks - Indonesia is extremely strict on this and you may obtain your visa only to be turned around at the airport if any damage is discovered.

Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card/debit card (no need to open a PayPal account). PayPal Fee is 4.4%. Our company name is PT Kunte Sibrach, trading as C.Bali. If you wish to pay by transfer using WISE or another international payment service the details of our bank account will be on your PayPal Invoice.

We have only a small team of Visa Staff, we are a travel agent and offer this service for tourist visas to help tourists come to Indonesia. Please do not request an invoice if you are still unsure that you wish to begin your application with us as it takes up valuable staff time.

Due to fluctuating exchange rates, if the invoice is not paid within 24 hours we reserve the right to cancel the invoice. You will need to fill in this again to request a new invoice.
