How long does it take to get a Visa?
As soon as you pay for our service we will start on your application. We may refuse your application if there are less than 14 days till your flight. We need a minimum of 7 days (if you provide the correct documents)
if your flight is less than 14 days then you may still contact us, however, please check a calendar for any Immigration public holidays as visas are not processed by Immigration weekends or public holidays.
Visas cannot be done in less than 7 working days - please don't ask
Document Checking
You have 90 days from the date of visa issue to enter Indonesia.
Our staff do not check any documents until we have been paid for our service.
Please do not send any documents for us to check before you pay for our service.
Payment
Payment can be made to us for the visa application service by international bank transfer in IDR
Or you can pay by PayPal (can be paid by credit card/debit card without opening a PayPal account (4.4% PayPal fee)
Once we have paid immigration there are no refunds, as immigration do not give refunds.
Timing
