Please Advise us if you had a visa to Indonesia before and you are having any problems with your previous exit from Indonesia not being recorded, it is important that you advise us, and allow extra time.

We do not charge extra to fix this problem for you (if you engage our visa services), but we will need extra time to speak with Immigration and fix that before we can apply for a new visa for you. (Min 3 working days)
