Cancellation of Order

Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of your order placed, and a full refund will be given.
Cancellations made after this will only be considered if the item has not been shipped.  Please note time-zone difference, we can only answer messages between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm ( Indonesia Central Time Zone (UTC+08:00)  For example, 8.00 am in Bali is 10.00 pm in New York.

Once a book is shipped and has an order number we cannot refund. 

Delivery Times

Once the book has been ordered we will confirm your order via email, so make sure you put your correct email address with your order.
Once shipped we will email you the tracking number.

Email
We will not use your email address to solicit or sell your email address to any third party. 

Damaged Goods
If your book is damaged, we require a photo of the book, sent immediately upon delivery, we know the time and place your book is delivered, we will require you to return the book and we will have it replaced, we will send you a return label.

Wrong book 
If the wrong book is delivered we require a photo of the incorrect book, sent immediately upon delivery, we know the time and place your book is delivered, we will require you to return the book and we will have it replaced, we will send you a return label.
