Start the Day
We start by picking you up from your hotel around 10-10.30am in late model comfortable AC vehicles and head to the beauty of the Kintamani region where you will enjoy an Indonesian lunch overlooking the stunning Lake Batur under the shadow of magnificent Mt Batur, a still active volcano |

Top Quality Mountain Bikes
After lunch we will have the dual suspension mountain bikes ready to take you through the small gangs of rural villages. These bikes are designed for true mountain riding and after your village cycle/walk you will enjoy the fact that you have a top quality mountain bike as the roads are rough but you wont even feel the bumps.

View local traditional homes
Kedisan still has many traditionally made homes which can be viewed on this tour, from grass huts to ornate and beautifully designed family compounds. You will get off the bikes to walk and learn about the design of these homes.
Cycle past beautiful village temples and have the rare opportunity to view family temples and learn about traditional Balinese architecture and design.

Cycle around the Lake
Beautiful views only obtainable by a small mountain road. After touring the village you will cycle on a small back road cut in the edge of the mountain, stopping along the way for breathtaking photos. You will ride through 3 villages, this ride will go at your pace as you have plenty of time on a 2 night tour, this is a longer ride but with plenty of stops.

Visit local farmers
Visit local women working on a social project called Bali Fresh Female Farmers Partnership, this project helps women develop vital business skills and supports the local farming industry. You have an opportunity to visit the woman in this project and/or other small farms.

Hot Springs
End the day's cycling soaking in the luxurious Hot Springs beneath the mountain sunset. The Hot Springs are set in Resort Surroundings so a little luxury on your trip.
You will be provided with a locker, clean pool towel, hot shower and a drink & light dinner. There is also a 30 metre cold swimming pool if you wish to swim laps, you can even have a beer at the swim up bar so take some money if you like.

Accommodation
Returning to your accommodation, your dessert menu will be waiting for you in the restaurant. You will probably want to head off to bed early and enjoy the cool mountain air and quiet of the village night where sleeping comes easily. Bring warm clothes for the nights can get chilly.

Canoe the Lake
After an early nights sleep you can start the morning with breakast at any time you choose and then take a gentle canoe (kayak) ride out onto this beautiful 'holy lake' and share this great experience, only with local fishermen. The water is so still in the mornings and after paddling out you can literally put your feet up and enjoy the magic of the Lake. This is an experience only offered by C.Bali and one not to be missed! The canoeing is a lot longer on a 2 night tour, no rushing, just enjoy the peace and quiet on the water.

Free Time
After your lunch is served you have time to explore the village of Kedisan for yourself, or you may want to do an activity on your own-see page KEDISAN for ‘things to do' in the local area. Or have C.Bali organise for you a sunset climb of the still active volcano Mt Batur.
Dinner will be waiting for you that evening at anytime you choose.

Transport
Check out the next day is 12 noon so you can leave any time you like in the morning to your next destination. Transport at the end of the tour is available to most parts of Bali, fuel surcharges will be charged should it not be in our complimentary pick up area.

NOTE: A 2 night tour is designed for those that wish to go at their own pace, although we will be there on the guided activities such as cycling and canoeing, we will share lunch with you on the first day to plan your itineray but all other meals you will have by yourself and you can choose when to have them. This tour suits those who don't want to be rushed and want an introduction to village life and then explore it for themselves. A 2 night tour is also an afforable way to travel, all meals, non-alcoholic drinks, water, transport, activities and accomodation are included.
2 night tours are not held during the wet season from mid December to mid March.
