Ubud Hotel and Villa owners in Bali like to list their properties as Ubud to make guests feel like they are staying in a well known area, unfortunately some of the properties are not in Ubud and at least 20-30 minutes drive from Ubud. They do however offer very good shuttle services. Should your accommodation be out of Ubud we may not be able to pick you up as it could add 1 hour to our journey (that is not fair on our guests travelling with us from the South). So contact the hotel to arrange a shuttle to the Ubud Palace (central Ubud) by 8.30am where we can collect you from.   We have listed the areas that we are aware property owners are advertising below.

Some areas are not too far from Ubud, we can collect you (it is very important you give us the address so we can determine your pick up time as we will be doubling back on our journey) from the following locations - with a 25,000RP per booking fuel surcharge:

• Katiklangtan
• Kedewatan - main road
• Mas
• Petulu - Kutuh Kaja
• Sembahan North
• Tengkulak
• Tjampuhan North
• Nyuh Kuning (free of charge)

OTHER AREAS OF BALI NOT LISTED ABOVE

Pick up is not available in other areas of Bali (for example, Canggu, Lovina, Amed, Candidasa) if you still wish to do one our tours and you can arrange your own transport, please click here for details on discount (we must have a minimum of 2 other bookings).  Please advise in Special Requests that No Transport is required.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are moving to another area of Bali, C.Bali can pick you up from one of the above areas and drop you back that afternoon to another of the above listed areas.  Please advise us in the special requests on the booking form of the drop off location and also how much luggage you have as we will need to confirm with you that your luggage will fit. If you have large luggage a luggage surcharge may need to be charged, this would be no more than 250,000RP, please check with us first, we can fit in 2 medium backpacks for example, free of charge (The earliest booking will receive priority).
